What is the process for referring a client?
Once you join our program, you can refer clients using our simple referral system. We handle the rest, from space tours to deal closure, while keeping you informed every step of the way.
Are there any incentives for brokers who refer multiple clients?
Yes, we offer additional incentives for brokers who refer multiple clients or larger deals. Contact our team for more details.
How quickly can my clients move into a Downtown Works space?
We pride ourselves on our quick turnaround times. In many cases, your clients can move into their new workspace within a few days of signing the agreement. We can even get them in same day.

When will I receive my fee payment?
The timing of your referral fee payment is dependent on the deal type and location of the referred membership agreement.

Will I earn additional fees if my client expands?
