Pre-Opening (New Locations)

15% of the total contract value on the first 12 months*^

Initial Term (Up to 12 Months)

10% of the total contract value on the first 12 months*^

Initial Term (Greater Than 12 Months)

10% of the total contract value on the first 12 months*, 2% of total contract value on months 13-36, or 5% of total contract value (up to 36 months)^

We pride ourselves on our quick turnaround times. In many cases, your clients can move into their new workspace within a few days of signing the agreement. We can even get them in same day.
