Vacation, PTO & Sick Time
We understand it’s important for our employees to a life outside of the office, and we encourage each employee to have a balanced and fulfilling personal life. For this reason we give all employees vacation & PTO after their first 90 days.
Apart from offering competitive pay, our employees can earn pretty much uncapped commission from each sale. Commission is earned monthly, not quarterly or yearly.

Submit the online application and complete the skills assessment. Once completed, our team will review each application and if we thing it’s a right fit we’ll reach out to schedule an interview.
Our interview process is split out into 3 rounds. The first two rounds are a phone and/or video interview. You will interview with Community Managers from different locations.
This is the final interview and is normally with a member of our Executive Team. This in-person interview will take place at the location in which you are applying for (unless under construction of course).
