* For the avoidance of doubt, all agreement terms less than 12 months will be considered month-to-month terms.
^ Referrer’s Fee is conditioned on the Qualified Lead maintaining the same level membership for at least sixty (60) days. Qualified Lead has the meaning set out in the Downtown Works Referral Partnership Program Terms of Service.
