FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Technically speaking, no we never close. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year! However, our staff does have to rest so we can provide the top-notch service that all of our members have come to love. Here is our breakdown of hours.

 

Our staff is onsite Monday – Friday from 8 am to 6 pm (PST). However, depending on events, tours, or the occasional late nights we might be here after 6 pm.

 

Works Basic & Works +

  • Monday – Friday from 8 am to 6 pm (PST).

Open Desk, Exclusive Desk & Private Office

  • 24/7 & 365 days a year. After hours you will need our mobile app which will give you access to the building.

Our Pet Policy is strict on what animals are allowed in our space. If you have any questions regarding our Pet Policy please send an email to support@downtownworks.com and we will be happy to assist with your questions.

Contrary to popular belief, we do not base our pricing off of square footage.

 

We designed our space with office size in mind. We don’t want to cram you into an office like some of our competitors, we want to give you the freedom to move around. Our 4 person offices are for 4 people and our 2 person offices are for 2 people.

 

Apart from your office or desk, you have access to all common areas, outdoor areas, and meeting spaces.

This is another great question! We’ll keep this answer short and sweet.

 

In short, the only plans that have a mailbox and business address included are our exclusive desk and private office plans.

 

If you have a Works Basic, Works Plus or Open Desk you can add mail and package handling for $50/month.

 

Unfortunately, if you do start sending mail here with these plans (by law) we have to return to sender.

 

For those needing just a business address and a mailbox, we do have a Virtual Office plan that is $95/month. We also offer mail & package forwarding for an additional cost.

Yes. Due to COVID-19, our Meeting Room capacity has been reduced by half in each room to comply with any local regulations in regards to gatherings. If you would like to bring your team in and use the full capacity of the meeting room, you are welcome to do so. Please contact a staff member at your desired location for more information.

Yes, we offer month-to-month terms, as well as longer-term commitments. Pricing may vary depending on term length.

Yes, all offices come furnished with desks, chairs, and file cabinets. If you'd like to bring your own furniture, let your Community Manager know.

All of our memberships come with WIFI included at no extra charge. Ethernet outlets are available with Exclusive Desk & Private Office memberships. You can expect speeds in excess of 100 mbps.
