With your Downtown Works membership, you get access up to 5 times per year per space. Each day pass or day office has up to $75 USD value per use.
Meeting Room Bookings
New for 2025! With your Downtown Works membership, you get $100 towards any Meeting Room booking at any space. You can use this one time per space per year.

Who qualifies for LExC benefits?
All active Downtown Works members with an eligible membership can enjoy access to LExC partner spaces worldwide.
How do I book a space at a partner location?
Easy! Just visit your Member Portal or ask your Community Manager for instructions. From there you can browse participating locations, and submit request. Once confirmed, you’ll receive details on how to check in.
Is there a cost to use a partner coworking space?
Nope! This perk is included in your Downtown Works membership. Just make sure your account is in good standing before traveling. It is valued at over $100,000.
Restrictions
- You can use each space up to 5 times per space per year for day passes or day offices. This voucher is valid for a maximum of $75/use.
- You can book a meeting room up to 1 time per year per space valued at $100/use.
You will be responsible for any payment that the passes do not cover.
How far in advance should I request access?
We recommend submitting your request as early as possible but at least 48–72 hours in advance to ensure availability at your desired location.
How often can I use the LExC benefit?
For Coworking/Day Offices
Five (5) day passes per space per year (up to $75 value).
For Meeting Rooms
One (1) $100 voucher per space per year.

Can I bring guests or clients to the partner location?
Guests must have their own passes. Guest policies vary by location, please reach out to the individual location for more information.
What should I bring when visiting a partner space?
Bring a valid photo ID and confirmation of your visit from the Downtown Works team or the LExC portal. Some locations may require a short check-in process. Our partner space may contact us to verify your membership.
