Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at anytime?
Yes, you can easily upgrade, downgrade or change your month-to-month membership plan based on your needs. If you’re on a longer term agreement and wish to upgrade, we can do that too! However, please note that changes will be reflected on your next billing cycle and not all memberships are available at every location. If you have any questions, please get in touch with our team.
Do I need to reserve a workspace in advance?
No reservations needed! Simply come in and choose any available desk in our shared workspace. If we do not have a place for you to sit, please speak with your Community Team for assistance.
What amenities are included in your memberships?
When you sign up for a membership, you get access to all the amenities our coworking space has to offer. These include high-speed internet, locally roasted coffee, tea, local beer on tap, and comfortable and flexible workstations.

Is there parking?
Free Public Parking is location dependent. For the most up to date information and to find the best parking options, please select your location from the navigation menu and scroll down to the About section.
What are your hours of operation?
Works Basic & Works+ members can enjoy access to our coworking space from Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm.
Open Desk members have 24/7/365 access to the coworking space, including weekends and holidays.
Is there after hours access for Works Basic & Works+?
Works Basic and Works+ members do not have after-hours access. If you need more flexible hours, our Open Desk option provides 24/7 access.
Works Basic and Works+ memberships are limited to Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm.
